A trip to school.

A TRIP TO SCHOOL.

“Wake up Haihana” “Get up, you're going to be late,” Mum said.

“Yes I will ” I responded. I looked up at the clock to see that it was only 6:30. I thought to myself I will just lay down in bed for ten minutes. I felt really drowsy and tired so I dozed off back to sleep.

“It’s 7:00am” Mum said.

I jumped out of bed and felt a chill go through my whole body. I walked into the kitchen. I felt as if I were a zombie. I made my breakfast then got changed into my clothes I would wear to school. I grabbed my bag and chromebook and walked to the sitting room to sit down.

“It’s not time to sit down it’s getting late Haihana” Mum said.

“Hurry up Brock we are leaving soon it’s nearly 7:30,” I snapped at my brother

We put on our bags on and ran to the bus stop in hope of getting there before it left.

“My chromebook I left it home,” I realised. Brock and I were already halfway to the bus stop

We sprinted home and grabbed the chromebook. “Quickly Brock we might be late and miss the bus,” I said.

“If we miss the bus, it’s your fault” Brock said.

We took the alleyway to the bus stop. I saw one of the Okaihau students and he said to me that the Tautoro bus left. I thought it had left but then I saw it hidden behind the building with all of the Tautoro students in it. We ran there and sat down

I thought to myself what a morning, we could have missed the bus.
